At Whitetail Services we keep it simple. If you have a problem that you want us to look at we charge a simple diagnostic fee of $25. We will tell you what is wrong, what it will take to make the repair and exactly what it will cost to fix it. If you decide to wait on the repair all you owe is the diagnostic fee. If you choose to have the repair made all you pay is the agreed repair cost and we wave the diagnostic fee. No matter how long it takes you will never be charged more than the agreed repair cost. We dont just shoot from the hip on the repair cost either. We use industry standard flat rate pricing to ensure that our fees are fair, consistant and professional. Project quotes and second opinions not related to service calls are always free. Whitetail Services holds a class A Texas air conditioner contractors license and a Texas master electricians license. We also hold an air conditioning and master electrician's license in Louisiana .
