That time it was really good. It was a little expensive. They genuinely cared about my dog and what he was going through. The workers are very friendly and professional.

Their really good. They do a very empathetic with the pets and their really good with them and they're close to where I live so that's kind of an easy way to get there too.
They just built a new clinic so I'm assuming I haven't been  there yet but I'm assuming everything is really nice new and pretty.

This was my second visit. Staff was very friendly on the phone and in person, great communications and follow up.

Although I think their prices are a bit high, the vet is wonderful and the staff very friendly and caring. I have had the same pet back for additional visits concerning his condition and they have been professional and caring each time.

I was able to schedule my kitten to be neutered the same week services were rendered. I dropped him off around 7 am and picked him up around 4:30 pm the same day. Everything went fine. They performed pre-op blood work, etc., in addtion to the actual surgery. My cat had no complications.
The best part of taking an animal to this provider is that they truly care about animals. I have been to veterinary offices where the staff does not seem to actually like animals at all. This office is great. Everyone on staff with whom I have spoken is a proud pet owner, and they treat your animals like family members.
The prices are somewhat high compared to providers in smaller cities, but the prices are not high by local standards.

The staff is really warm and friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They seem to be very caring about the animals. Their price was comparable to another vet I used. I would absolutely use them again.

Came in for our first visit with our new puppy (5 mo old). Were excited to see that when we arrived that our pets name was up on the board, welcoming him to the clinic (it confirmed our fears that we were in fact in the correct location on the correct date).

Everyone at the clinic was incredibly nice. We were there for just over an hour (only waiting about 10 min in total).

Everything that was going to be done and the cost was set out and discussed with us before it occurred. The appointment price itself was $50. Then there was a rabies shot, a fecal sample test and some heartworm medicine to make up the rest. I honestly don't know what these services generally cost in the area but we were happy to pay what we did, as we were confident with the service providedWe saw Dr. Rodriguez. She was very knowledgeable, and told us all of her recommendations but wasn't pushy and let us make the decisions in the end. I really appreciated that she didn't dumb things down for us, it felt like she was trying hard to not just pull as and quot;you should do this because I say soand quot; but was taking much more of a, and quot;I recommend that you do this because of A, B, and Cand quot;. Very much enjoyed our first visit and look forward to making this our regular vet.

They are friendly and the dog seems to like them and is not afraid of returning there. They are prompt in responding to requests and seem to take good care of the dog. The only negative factor is the cost. I think their costs are high, although I do not have much of a comparison, except to Petsmart which I used prior to this Vet. Their prices are considerably higher, but the service is much faster and better.

The doctor there is excellent. My dogs like her a lot. She is an extremely smart veterinarian. She truly loves animals. Her clinic is good and the staff is very confident. Everybody is professional. The equipments are all clean and good.
