The repair, paint and pin stripe looked great except that that a small dent near the top of the fender was overlooked by the body shop tech. This dent required that the vehicle remain 3 days over the weekend to complete the repair.

The repair was completed and looked great.

The manage Nathan covered the additional rental cost incurred.

My vehicle was a total loss so they did not do any work for me. However, they did such a good job helping and taking care of me that I wanted to leave a review. Everyone I came in contact with there was professional and went out of there way to be nice. Two employees that did an outstanding job are Stephanie at the front desk and Alex Cessner my Service Advisor.

The gentleman that initially looked at the vehicle and took pictures was very helpful. He said the representative for our insurance company wasn't in and that he would get the information to him and that representative would get back to me. The representative did not get back to me which prompted a phone call from me. I had to leave several messages and and a lot of difficulty getting done what I needed done for the insurance company. I did not end up using Service King to repair my damage.

They were helpful, thorough, polite. Finished on time, as promised, and the work was great.

Service King was very good. They've been very good about keeping us updated on how long it would be. We have been pleased with them. They pretty much did it when they said they have done. The work has been good. They kept us informed.

The company provided two estimates for repairing the left front fender of a Scion coupe, one for reworking the existing panel and one for replacing the panel with a new one. We opted for the new panel. The final cost was exactly as estimated and was significantly less than our highest estimate from a competing company. The staff was courteous and very helpful and the work was scheduled promptly.. The work was finished as promised and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend this provider for this type of work.
