They're very professional and they get it done very quickly. Their customer service skills are excellent, but I think they're a little expensive.

They removed all of the old falling apart deck and walkway, removed bushes that I did not like. Releveled the ground, placed the desired pavers in a pattern, placed underground drainage, repaired broken sprinklers and hoses, built a new deck and put in some outdoor lighting. THe whole project took 2 weeks just like he said. It was the buget he said it would be.

I think that Prime did an excellent job. The man that came out to give me my quote had actually worked with the people who came to do the work. The guy had told me that this usually does not happen. I thought that was really nice that he had taken the time to give these guys the extra work. I have no problems with the work that was done, and I feel that Prime has some very professional people working for them.
