I had to call several times to get in touch with the service person.  When he responded, he was very courteous.  There were a few delays, but that probably was due to the holidays.  When we agreed to a price, he came on the agreed upon date and completed the work.  The Flower bed looks nice.

This work took longer than expected because of our weed problem, Donnie kept after it until all the weeds died, yard looks beautiful, he worked with my husband and I to give us what we wanted. I can't get over how pretty everything looks. My husband is pleased and he is tough to please. We are planning to use this company for yard maintenance going forward. He didn't give us a fancy plan to look at but he did give us a beautiful yard.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and integrity of The Outdoor Remedy. Donnie Brumley listened to our needs and wants and was quick with estimates. Donnie's crew are courteous, polite and very hard workers. Our project turned out perfect and has transformed our backyard. Butterflies and hummingbirds visit daily. We are planning on using The Outdoor Remedy in the future.

I called The Outdoor Remedy for a quote on landscaping and Donnie responded to my call very promptly.  We set up an appointment for him to come by and talk about what my husband and I wanted.  He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and offered many great suggestions for what we were trying to accomplish.  We received a quote from him that very same day. 
His team of 2, who were also professional and friendly,  worked basically non-stop for 3 days until the project was completed.  Donnie was available the entire time to oversee the project, and was quick to respond to our questions/thoughts. 
Our yard was pretty much in shambles, and thanks to Donnie and his team, it is now beautiful!  We couldn't be happier with the results.  Donnie and his team are fantastic.  I would definitely use them again.  They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.  Call these guys, you won't be disappointed!

My lawn and landscaping look great and I always receive compliments.They have completed numerous projects in my yard over the years and even when something doesn't go as planned, he stands behind his work until the customer is happy. The entire process from the initial visit to the completion of the work went very smoothly.  Donnie, the owner, came out to look at everything and discuss what we wanted to have done. He took the time to ask questions and really understand every detail about every part of the yard and landscaping and exactly what we wanted.   He also had great feedback and suggestions.  The work went exactly as planned and I was consulted whenever there were any questions.  All of the guys working were extremely polite and worked very hard.  The work was completed in 2 days and it looks fantastic!!  Our yard had become a source of embarassment and now is one of the best looking ones in our neighborhood!

We have used The Outdoor Remedy for several small yard projects, sprinkler work and the occasional yard service, for the last 4 years. We have always been happy with the timeliness, quality of the work, and communication.
The process started with Mr. Brumley asking us what we wanted out of the space, our likes and dislikes. He listened carefully and took the input and created a design that combined all the criteria. He then promptly emailed me the proposal's.
He took the time to come back to go over the proposal, explain the layout of plantings and to show us a sample light fixture. He also shared pictures from some of his previously completed design projects to validate his work.
The project was broken down into several phases and each went smoother than the next. His communciation throughout the project was above what I could have asked for. His workers are respectful and diligent, always cleaning up as they worked and left my yard and driveway accessible at the end of the day. Mr. Brumley has followed up with us to ensure that everything is precisely as we want it and that we are happy with the results. We couldn't be happier with his design and we love our new back yard.

Outdoor Remedy does a good job on my garden and hedges. I don t think that I could ask for better service. They are always very prompt in their attendance and I do not have to stand over them because I know that they will do a good job. I am very pleased with their work as well as their pricing.
