Great! Rachel was the person who looked in on my cats. She is wonderful. She and everyone at the company were wonderful to work with.

If you are a really particular pet owner and your pets are your precious babies, Kina is the person you want to take care of them. I have two really demanding tropical birds and two adorable dogs. Their care needs are really different and there are a lot of specific tasks that have to be done. Kina patiently and and carefully performs all of the task and still takes some time to spend with both the birds and dog.

She or one of her associates comes in, feeds the bird and change their water, then, she proceeds to feed the dogs and take them for a walk. When she returns home, she talks to the birds for a little while and turns on or off the light depending of the time do the day so the birds can have adequate lighting.

She is very patient with my requests and understands that my pets are my kids.

Everything went very well. Our dog was fed and given wonderful attention 2 times a day. Kina provided a detailed narrative of how each visit went and even took pictures and posted on Facebook. Kina brought in our mail and placed it all in a nice bag. Kingwood Not home alone is the best pet home care we have had!

All went fabulously well, as always!  We feel confident that all cats are getting the best care while we are gone, and also feel that our home is ok.  All fed, watered, brushed, cat boxes cleaned, excess litter cleaned up, waste taken away, mail brought in and plants watered

Since this is our first time to comment, I would like to add just a little comment on service.  We had arranged for a whole month of service last year.  This was our first time to be gone for so long.  Not Home Alone really made us feel confident that our kitties would have great care during our long absence.  They came at a time each morning that they could spend a little extra time with them, brushing, loving and just "being there".  One of the cats threw up and I was notified and asked where to take the spread to have it cleaned!  Definitely above and beyond!

Can't say enough good things - we love the service we get and also the notes and checklists that are left for us to see when we get home.
