Owner arrived, inspected and cleaned unit outside.  He added Freon - said his gauges were off, turned bottle upside down) and left.  Next morning compressor froze up and another employee told me I needed a whole new unit.  Called another company and they said he overfilled compressor with an EXTRA 7 pounds of Freon which they drew off - by then I did need a new unit because the compressor did freeze but purchased from 2nd company - not HPA.  2nd company (Hallmark AC) stated that all I needed was a new coil (before ruining the compressor) which was leaking.

I called around and they had the best price to replace this coil. It was an R22 system and I was told time and again by others that it would be around 2k for the replacement and $50 per pound of replacement freon. These guys (I forget thier names) installed the coil, new drip tray, drier all while being extremely neat and courteous. and beat the other A rated companies on Angies by at least $500. I am very satisfied by this company and would use again.
