This was amazing.  Mark and a helper came out as scheduled just before 10 a.m. on Saturday morning.  They installed the oven and microwave and left in less than an hour.  They also noticed that my new dishwasher was not installed perfectly so they changed it.  They vacuumed and dusted the area where they worked because there was a lot of dust from the electric saw they used.  Mark also gave me advice about how to clean the vent over the cooktop. They removed the crate and packing materials the new unit had come in and took the trash and the old unit away.  The cost was very reasonable and would have been $75 less if the opening for the unit had been the correct size.  Very pleasant, clean guys who work fast.  I will definitely call them whenever I can use them.  Great work.

They seem to do really good job installing appliances, but, scheduling and answering/returning phone calls seems to be a challenge. Both installations were eventually completed but the process to contact the company and arrange/confirm installation is not a good one.  It appears that voice messages are not saved.  I had great difficulty in arranging the second installation and it was only through an e-mail that I was able to get a call back.  Once that occurred, everything went smoothly.

The installation went perfectly.  They dismantled the old Littonaire Microwave Oven, hauled it off, and cleaned up the mess that was made.  They were very careful unpacking and handling the new appliance (and all of the accessories that came with it) and installed it very quickly. And after installing the new oven, they gave me a thorough inservice on all of the oven's functions. Their demeanor was exceptionally courteous and professional.  They also gave me a 5% discount on the work done due to my Angie's list membership.  They will get my business in the future.  NOTE:  At the date/time this installation was done, they only accepted cash or checks so no credit cards.  That policy may have changed, but it was not a problem with me and absolutely not an issue

I had the oven delivered and discovered that my old oven was wider than the new one.  When I called them they gave me a price for the work that I described that I needed and we scheduled a day.  That morning they called and gave me a three hour window that they would arrive..  They arrived within that time.  They were very pleasant and professional.  They started the job and were finished within 45 min. When they were finished they cleaned and hauled away the trash and tested the oven.  The amount that they charged was less than their estimate and very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their work and this expierence in whole.  Will definately use them again!

It went fabulous!  The owner came out and pulled the old oven out of the cabinet and placed the brand new top of the line Kenmore Elite double convection ovens in it's place.  It fit like a glove.  They were always concerned about my floors (not to scratch them) and worked fast and clean.  Mark showed me how everything works on the ovens before he left.  These guys know what they are doing!  I will hire them again and tell everyone I know that they are the best!!

It went great.  The owner, Mark, had to come and cut through three cabinet walls on his way to installing the 8" round flex vent which also had to be installed through the outside brick wall.  The original "vent" was rectangle in shape and was installed going up into the attic area which Hays workman found was terminated up in the attic beneath the blown in insulation!!  All the heat and grease sucked up off our cooktop for over ten years had been blown into the insulation in the attic with NO way to vent to the outside.......we are lucky we never had a grease fire. When Hays found this hazardous mess of the microwave's venting they had to renegotiate the original price they quoted me.  We were fine with the new price they quoted as we knew it was a lot more work to vent the grease and smoke directly outside the house. This is the only reason this job ended up costing us over $400.00!  The workmen were very knowledgeable about their job and cleaned up after themselves.......would hire again in a heartbeat.

They were excellent.  When I called, someone came out the next day to make sure I had what I needed for the installation of my appliances. They told me what parts I needed.  Once those parts came in (I ordered them), they were there within two days for installation.  My stackable washer and dryer was difficult, but they managed to install it as intended.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Mark Hayes and his assistant Eddie installed a over the range LG Microwave for me in a difficult install that the big box store installers where I bought the microwave seemed to have no idea what to do. Mark modified my existing cabinet height (this required some skill and effort) to bring the installation to code, rewired what had previously been a hard-wired vent hood and installed the microwave in a no fuss manor. Cleaned up afterwards and overall was excellent to work with.
I also rate Mark and his team high on communication. They understood what I needed from my explanation and a picture I texted them and they got to me within a few days and they kept me informed on schedule. Their price was fair and in line with what I had been quoted by the big box installers.
Great experience - will definitely use again.

Overall it was fairly flawless.  They encountered a problem with the gas knob coming out from the wall that incumbered the oven from sitting flush against the back wall, but were able to do a "cut in" and turn the gas line in, thereby allowing the oven to slide in, sitting flush against the back wall.  They were courteous, well groomed and informative, answering all my questions as they proceeded.  They were efficient and thorough.  Cleaned up what little debris was left and placed my rugs back in original position.  Truly professional and cost-effective.  I would certainly recommend them for any future work needing done.
