We hired Frazierâ  s Home Repair as our General Contractor for our master bath renovation and were thoroughly impressed. Chris provided feedback on our wall/tile/quartz choices, sharing his knowledge for us to make the best decisions. His crew went above and beyond each day to make the process as stress-free as possible; keeping the demo area tidy and updating us with the progress of other contractors arriving throughout the week. We will definitely hire Chris and his team again! Work Performed: Performed entire bath demolition (including sunk-in jacuzzi tub), installed all bath plumbing, enlarged existing window & quartz windowsill, installed new vanity mirror, installed quartz countertop, installed clear frameless shower and new floor/wall tile. Installed new stand-alone bathtub. Installed floor ceramic tile and 5.5â  base boards.

Their customer service is awesome! Communicate in the beginning your expectations and you won't have any problems. I wanted my gate to open from either side but the latch they put on there would only open from outside. I asked them to change it and they did so without hesitation.

Not only was the service and workmanship high quality, but also the workers were very polite, considerate, and took time to leave the work area cleaner than they found it. Will definitely use them again.

I thought I had a crimped HVAC supply duct due to it being hung directly over the supply register. I didn't want to climb up a ladder and walk on ceiling joists into the location to rehang the duct (I'm 64), so Chris came to do it. When he got to the duct, he saw that the duct was not crimped (it wasn't very visible from a distance due to blown-in insulation). No repairs were needed. He explained that the air flow to this upstairs bedroom was poor due to the builder installing a blower too small to provide adequate air flow to the most distant rooms. In the summer, we have to close off other supply registers so that this upstairs bedroom can be cooled. He said it is common for builders to go cheap on blowers and one solution is to reduce air flow to other rooms. He had driven from Porter and his next job was The Woodlands, but still he only asked for $20 to come to my Atascosita house, climb in my attic, check it, and give me his assessment. I gave him more than that to cover his time and expenses. e.g., gas. He didn't try to convince me to use him to replace the blower. He was a nice guy. I will definitely use him again.

I was quite happy with them. The only quibble was that we had to reschedule once because another project was running long. But they came in the next morning and got it done. I was quite happy with them and will use them again in the future.

It was a flawless repair of a hole in the drywall of a ceiling 20 feet above my foyer. It is completely invisible from the floor as well as the catwalk that runs quite close to the repair.
