The spray did not kill the disease and it is worse this year. They were prompt. The workers were nice.

Service was fine but very expensive for amount of time involved.  Trees were losing leaves and looking fail.  Although spraying didn't hurt, it didn't help that much either. Contacted another arborist who recommended uncovering the root flares, and this simple task has helped a great deal more (for much less money).

My husband noticed spider webs on the trunk of one of our live oaks. I didn't know what it was, so I looked on the web and decided to call Ability Tree Experts. I was told there was a $25 service charge for Louis to come look at the problem. My tree is over 2 stories tall and would cost a lot more that $25 to replace if something was wrong with the tree, so I made the appointment. He came and immediately diagnosed the problem as bark aphids, which can completely de-foliate the tree. He said his guys can spray it to kill the bugs and do a deep root fertilizer injection for $300. I agreed. I guess since his crew performed a service for me, he didn't charge the $25 trip charge, or maybe it was built into the $300 -- I'm not sure which. He also looked at my other live oaks and didn't see any problems with them. The guys came during the time window I was assigned and sprayed the tree. The bugs are gone. It was a bit expensive, but maybe that's the going rate.

Sales rep. was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pruning visit was on time and they kindly called before arriving to provide an ETA. Fertilization and spraying appointment was also punctual, although I slipped the workers some additional cash to fertilize trees that were not explicitly listed on the work order. Nothing too unusual about that, but I thought I was paying to have all the trees on my lot fertilized.

The representative was late for the appointment for providing an estimate. The crew doing the work showed up on time and did all work to our expectations. However, we realized the estimate included pruning one of our neighbor's trees. Before work started we called the office but was told we had to pay what was estimated. We understood they might have thought we were trying to get work done without paying for it and paid but suggested the rep come back out to see the one tree was not pruned. This would give proof to Ability Tree and they could reimburse us and that was agreed to. After a couple of weeks no one from Ability Trees had come out to review the work. Following phone calls and emails we made met one excuse after another. We learned not to use Ability Tree Experts. There are other reputable firms out there that will do good work and follow through on customer service.

It took them about four hours to trim our trees and cut off broken branches. They were really busy after the storm and were able to get to us quickly, which made us happy. They cleared off all the debris, came only once and did a great job.

Ability Tree Experts does great work. I am very happy with the services that they provide. They do a precise professional job. I think that I receive quality work for the price that is quoted. It may be a bit costly, but I feel it is worth the expense because they do such good work. I have used their services in the past and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Ability Tree Experts does a real good job of trimming my trees. I have used them for quite a while now, and they have always been dependable. They clean up all the tree branches, and they even clean up the leaves. They help my yard look absolutely beautiful. I am really pleased with their work. I have Ability Tree Service take care of all of our trees and pruning jobs. We have some very old oak trees, and they have kept them alive, healthy, and disease free. I like the way they prune everything and keep it looking nice. They also come out to spray. They are very good in regards to cleaning up the areas.
