Jesse's crew removed old tile countertops and backsplash in master bath including shower and whirlpool tub surround, raised sink level on second sink and replaced with our granite choice and backsplash tile.  Also replaced countertops/backsplash in upstairs guest bath with granite and tile inserts.  Amazing transformation and excellent carpentry skills.  Very satisfied with the end results.  .

.Jesse came to our house to appraise the job and give us an estimate. He was careful to explain what we needed and how they would do the job. My wife and I felt comfortable with Jesse's assessment. We agreed to hire 1st. Capitol and we were amazed at the transformation of our living room. The workers arrived on time and were professional and were prepared with tools and supplies to do the job. They were careful to protect our newly refinished wood flooring, which was a concern for us. We intend to use them again. The only downside is they need to have an English speaking person on site at all times. Most times there was one on the job, but at times he had to leave for something. Overall, money well spent.

Couldn't have gone better! 1st Capital Contractors is just the best remodeling company you can find! They are professional, courteous, and the workmanship quality and final product are EXCELLENT. We had a 20 ft. garage extension built on to our existing 32 ft. garage which set on a 84 ft. driveway. Jesse's crews had to remove 20 ft. of our current driveway, put in a new foundation to support the structure and then build the garage to our specifications. This involved construction from ground zero but tied in to our current garage. They matched the roof, brick, hardiplank siding, painting, etc. to perfection. We also had a deep sink put in the new area, an enclosed tote area storage, shelving and additional storage/work area in the old garage area. This involved moving a 2 car garage door, building two brick side areas that matched our current brick, Everything from the new foundation, the shelving, plumbing that had to be installed from the street to the access point 80 ft. away, moving current electrical areas, installing new electrical wiring to replace some that was giving us problems, new roofing and tying into the old garage roof and the breezeway that led to our backdoor, installing numerous interior doors for the storage area, moving garage door opener, and basically everything that would be involved with a new garage build was completed to our complete satisfaction! They truly could not have done a better job! Some of our neighbors came by to look at the finished project, marveled at how it looked like it had always been there on our 11 yr. old house, and two of them even hired 1st Capital Contractors to do work on their homes. One got a beautiful bathroom remodel and the other had her entire 3400 sq. ft. home painted. They are also very pleased with 1st Capital Contractors. The owner, Jesse, is very professional, and he isn't satisfied until u are completely satisfied. Pricing is very reasonable and quality of work cannot be beat! We have used them numerous times for home remodeling projects and plan to use them many more times in the future!! A++++++++++++++ COMPANY!!!

The Overall work don was very professional.
The gentleman over the job came out and checked my house over. He said he would send his workers over within two days, and he did. They pulled up, got out of their trucks and started unloading. They started taking boards and jacks out of the trucks, went under the house and immediately started working. A day and a half work day turned out to be a one day job. The workers were very professional. the supervisor came out that morning and again just as the workers were finishing up. I would gladly recommend them to someone else or use them myself if f necessary,
When the job was finished they cleaned up my yard very good.

Once again, 1st Capital Contractors performed EXCELLENT work. About a year ago, Jesse's crew did some remodeling for us. In June, our son bought a new home and wanted a stone wall (synthetic stone - AirStone) and some glass ceramic tile installed on two walls - bathroom and formal dining room arched niche. The job was done in a very timely fashion for a very reasonable cost, and the finished product was OUTSTANDING!!! My son and his fiance were very pleased with the finished project. For any time of home repair or remodeling job, 1st capital Contractors is the ONE to choose!!!!

He has also worked in my mother's house and has done different jobs for us. They are very reasonably priced, courteous and do quality work. They always show up and all the people who work for him are very courteous and professional. I have recommended them to a lot of people and they have done work for a lot of my clients also. I have no complaints and will continue to use them in future.

I was very happy with the service I received from them. We were never able to complete the project because the insurance never went through. The repairs were never done. They followed up and kept following up. They even talked to the adjuster. They offered everything they could do to help. They went above and beyond what I expected. I was extremely happy with them.

Company was prompt in responding to my request for repair. Quality work and materials. Had 3 men working and finished work quickly. Insurance company appraised work at $610, company price was $160 cheaper.
