I was extremely pleased. The only thing is they are so busy that its very difficult to get them in, but they did a wonderful job. The fact that they clean up after themselves is amazing, plus the work is very well done and precise.

A friend is away and he went to lawyer and gave me power of attorney. So I'm managing the repairs on his new house from 1958. So I'm dealing with construction right now. We had a fence build last year, where they used nails that were too long and they stick inside. I fell and put a hole in my eyeglasses from the nail protruding in the fence. It snagged my clothing and I fell against the fence and it put a hole in my temple and brand new eyeglasses. I was not happy. He does like this contractor but I don't want to deal with him anymore. The price is top dollar. So far top dollar, I expect him to supply his employees with the right length of nails and to supervise the job. That didn't happen. They put the fence up out there with hundreds and hundreds of nails. My husband even bought a special tool to nip the tips. We're not young anymore and he doesn't have the hand strength to clamp down on the tiny tips of nails. Until the next hurricane, we're stuck with it. It was $3800 for a front yard fence and it stabs us. I think, overall, he does good work but he didn't pay attention to his workers. Overall, they do pretty good work. In the past, they've done good work but I'd very reluctant to hire them again. He's sort of one of the higher priced ones. I just got bids on a garage, it has three sides but it's a carport as far as most of us. The new owner wanted to turn it into a garage with a door. I got three bids and his bid was the top one by far. Jim didn't want to complain because Jim likes him so there's no responsiveness issue there. They came in quickly. I don't really want to pay anymore money to fix the problem. I'll just put up with it.

They have always been our first choice we go to if we have a home repair project to be done. We would rather wait than use another provider. I will continue to use this provider in the future.

Mr. Pollard was great, honest, and very polite -- like, only giving a quote was not a waste of his time. I definitely will recommend him to others.
