The price was good. They can do good work but you have to know exactly what you want done and just be specific to make sure it gets done the way you want. The workers were good. To do better in the future they could pay attention to details.

I contracted for this work on my Mother-in-law's house after being referred to Mr. Linares by a prior customer. I called him about noon on a Saturday and within 45 min. he was on site and examining the job. He then went to Lowe's and selected the doors and hardware he recommended after which I went by the store and paid for them. His charge for the labor was $510 and I paid him 1/2 prior to start of the work.
He and his helper started the job on Monday morning and finished the next morning. My Mother-in-law was very pleased with the work and, far as I know, couldn't find anything to criticize. I'd use him again for similar jobs and would be comfortable recommending him to others. Don't expect a big, fancy truck or nice uniforms but he did perform the work exactly as described and in the timeframe promised. I don't contract for this type of work a lot so I don't know whether his labor cost was a little high or a real bargain, but it certainly seemed fair for the work performed.

It was a good experience. The contractor was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is also good at all general construction projects.
