AirServ gave a quality deal and was very detailed in making sure they met our needs! June was a great contact and made sure we were informed and knowledgable about every step in the process.

they came in looked at the unit, went up and down the stairs to the attic, put equipment on different things then said here is your bill $500, you had a bad wire, the contactor was bad and we believe your thermostat had something to do with it so we replaced it. I thought they were going to tell me what was wrong and how much. that is so sorry to do those piddly things and charge me a senior citizen who lives alone that outrageous price!!! there was nothing wrong with my thermostat, it had been working fine. said pressures were high on this paper they gave me so I asked could they fix, they said no, its an old unit you just need a new one. so instead of saying we will put you in a new one and take off the $500 we just jipped you out of to fix a fan , they just told me what new one was I feel very taken advantage of, I told everyone not to use them, my friend told me about coolmasters and they put in a new unit for half the price the others were going to charge me. warning, do not use this company, they only want to see how much money they can charge for each little thing, they don't care about you as a person or customer and I will tell everyone not to use them. I should have been given an estimate and a chance to say I wanted the work done, but no they fixed those few little things and charged me outrageous price without my permission to do the work. and that is just not right!

Great! Job completed fast and we were back up and running.

Task was completed as scheduled, and the work was completed promptly and in accordance with the contract. The cost was the highest of three bids but the reputation of Air Serve was the best of the three bidders. A minor problem in the new coolant drain was caused by the inexperience of a helper. No resolution was offered for the problem.

AMAZING! Aire Serv has come out TWICE in the last few years (separate issues) within a few hours of my unit going down. They are extremely responsive and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend their services.
