Tenants called informing us that the outside unit had frozen. Womacks showed up within an hour of the call, diagnosed the problem , recharged the system with refrigerant and recommended replacement of the coil in the air handler. Within one week the repairs were made and system is back to working perfectly. This is the reason we continue to use Womack's

We were new to area and contacted this contractor and got lucky (not so lucky in other areas). The owner actually answers the phone!!! Imagine that. Robert came out diagnosed the issues made recommendations, provided estimate and then repaired. The way it should be and the way it used to be in this country. Have used him for HVAC ever since.
