Did what they said they would do, when hey said they would do it. Was nice to have a contractor actually show up.

Very professional and responsive. Did exactly what was asked (plus some). Would highly recommend.

Well after a week and a half of calling them and making sure that they were going to show up one day they randomly mowed my yard and then never came again so I had to hire another yard company

Owner was told only mow grass. Crew weed-wacked native wildflowers that I had sown in some border areas. I called owner and left msg in his voicemail. He never responded. When crew returned for next service I complained. They did a poor job of mowing and left. Landlord called and spoke to owners wife who stated they were unaware of any problems. Poor communication throughout their business. Wife did agree not to charge for their services, which was at least commendable. However the native flowers and a small rosebush were ruined.

A little confusion on setting appointment for estimate but did meet Curtis to discuss what I wanted done.  Told Curtis I wanted Mills to do the work and call me to let me know when the work would be done.  Didn't hear from Curtis for several days so contacted him and was told the work had already been done.  I looked at the work and Curtis had done everything we had discussed.  Have used Mills for sprinkler system repair and lawn fertilization and will add tree trimming to the list.

Mr. Mills and I had an appt. to give me an estimate on cost to trim about an acre of oak trees. He gave his estimate and I called him about 2 weeks later to schedule the work to be done. His team arrived on the scheduled date and went to work. They worked very quickly and in fact got finished so quickly, he saved me over $500 from his original estimate as they work by the hour. They did a very good job and cleaned up everything before they left.

Bradlee came out and gave an estimate a few hours after I called.  It took a couple of weeks before the team came out to do the work though -- guess they got behind due to the rainy and icy weather.   Very professional job, we're very happy.  Will use them again.

Bradlee Mills came to assess the problem of multiple zones operating at the same time.  He determined that the controller was faulty and would have his service people out the following day to replace it.  The crew replaced the controller but it didn't solve the problem.  Supervisor thought problem may be in wiring from controller to valves.  Had to locate main underground wiring where it split to continue to valves because original installer didn't put it in a box.  Found wiring and determined that there were some shorts.  Replaced wiring and tested.  Controller worked properly.  Removed replacement controller and replaced with original.  Located 2 valve boxes covered with grass.
The crew was on time, knowledgeable and professional.  Would certainly recommend Mills Services and will use them again for sprinkler work or other items they provide.  Charge was very reasonable for the work performed.

Amazing service.  Came back from out of town to find a very nice pecan branch and fallen on our house and porch. We couldn't see past the tree to see the lake.  Total blockage.  Tree was big, but they did great job.  Bradlee showed up first and gave a bid, then he had two workers show up within an hour or so and they got after it.  Definitely happy and will use them again.  I've already recommended them to others.
