Tim Pike, the owner, came out to evaluate the system. He gave us two estimates, one to repair the system and "freeon", fix filters on the heater so that it woul be in good working order. The second choice was to change out the entire heating and air system to a more efficient one. He gave us the pros and cons of either choice. Since the current system was 14 years old, had some rust and was not well cared for by previous owners, we opted to go with a complete change out. Tim and his crew, was prompt, efficient and professional. I checked out his price quotes with my AC contractor in San Antonio, and found them to be fair and reasonable. Although we were not able to be there while work was being performed, my neighbors and another contractor told us that the company came when promised, worked hard all day, cleaned up behind themselves and departed. When I arrived a week later, Tim came right out to show me how to work the system and thermostat, gave me the invoice, received payment and gave me two maintenance call for the year. I am VERY satisfied with their work, honesty and reliability!!!! Will use them again and again.
