I emailed Patsy Tuesday night and heard back immediately. She gave me a general price without seeing it in person and said she could come out Thursday. I sent her photos so she could see the glass and match it. She was here early, got it done quickly and cleaned up. She was very nice and professional. We can't see any difference in the new and old glass. It looks great!

Our contractor was installing two large stain glass windows and broke several of the pains.  He found Patsy and she meticulously repaired each one.  There's no sign that any repair work was done and they look beautiful.  Patsy was professional, knowledgeable and punctual.  I would highly recommend Patsy and will use her again.

I purchased a custom full-light, reeded glass door about 2 months ago. While mowing the yard a stray rock was pitched into the glass and shattered the entire front. I went to where I ordered the door thinking they could simply replace the glass and it would be resolved. After much deliberation with the employees, they determined that the glass was easy to order, but to try and replace the glass might result in irreparable damage to the door, in which case they would not be responsible.  They said that the glue used in the glass was "like rock" and was almost impossible to remove. Not willing to accept this answer they came up with the name of a glass repair place that had worked miracles in the past so I gave them a call. They told me they were booked because of a recent hail storm but would let me know in a week. Week passes and no call so I follow-up. They tell me my name was never received by the dispatcher and they would have someone call me ( they were polite, mistakes happen). I soon get a call and they guy gets some details but tells me that reeded glass is almost impossible to get so he'll have to see what can be done. Having already had the glass company that recommended his company that the glass was easily available I was uneasy with this conversation and the accuracy of the information being given. Finally, he tells me about Patsy and says I should give her a shot. I call up and she asks a few questions about the door asks for the address to go take a look. Few days later she gives me a price and tells me it will be about a week turnaround. Shows up when scheduled as I was taking time off work. Pulls the glass in about and hour and a half. Not rock hard glue, not impossible. Boarded up the door, cleaned up the
mess and gone. Week later, glass order is in and they again show up as scheduled to install. About an hour later, Patsy and her carpenter had done what the door company and glass company had led me to believe was impossible and the price was fair to boot. Very polite and reliable.
Would definitely use in any other situation where her services are need.

The repair was to "stiffen"a stain glass window in my front door.  The door had been repaired twice in the past by another provider, and the previous fixes did not hold.  Patsy repaired the glass properly, she added a new panel of glass behind the stained glass to support the window in the door, and redid all of the stain glass lead.  It was a beautiful job. 

Patsy has all the required gear with her, after the work - she will clean and vacuum the area - leaving it pristine and clear of any debris.

Patsy is a joy to work with.
She called me back immediately when I first contacted her, and was at my home earlier than the time we had decided to meet.
She is cheerful and friendly, but more importantly she is very good at what she does. She matched the missing pane of glass perfectly, you would never know it was not the original glass.
And it took less than one hour! 
I highly recommend Patsy if you need to get your leaded glass repaired!
