CEN-TEX SEPTIC SYSTEMS

I called this company initially to come out and inspect my septic system and to schedule pumping it out. I was told I would get a call back from the owner Lance. I waited two weeks and never heard anything. So I called back and the same lady answered the telephone and I reminded her of my call. She said she would pass the message on once again. I waited two more weeks and received no call back. I once again called back telling myself "OK" last time! The same lady answered and this time she said "I will call his cell phone right now". Apparently she did because I got a call from Lance. We made an appointment to meet at my house. The appointment time came and I got a call from Lance telling me he is running late. He showed up an hour late with one of his son's. He told me he was at his son's football practice. He spent about 20 minutes at my house, told me he would get all of the pertinent information on my system from the LCRA (I am adding an addition so I need to upgrade my system), schedule in a pumping and get back with me. Three weeks pass and no call! So I call Lance's cell number and left him a detailed message. To this day I have never received a call back. It has been at least a month now!!
