One Time Interior House Cleaning

I ordered a deep clean for empty house with carpets cleaned. One person showed up he said it just said clean floors and that meant vacuum. However, my friend and I had to spend 9 hours the following Saturday to actually clean house. That meant clean the bathrooms, wipe out the window seals, the fridge and oven. He did the oven while I was there doing some other things but did not touch the Fridge and only "wiped out" about half the windows. He did not clean the ceiling fans even after I pointed out how badly they needed it and he agreed. On top of that, I suspect he took my snow shovel that was in the courtyard. The gate was locked and so someone would have had to have access to the front door to go out and get it. I know its just a shovel but it was special to me. It was my husbands and he passed away April 22, 2025. I had it out there so I could use it to spread pea gravel and clean up a pile of leaves stacked up in the yard. I should be reimbursed a portion of the 442.42

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Fast response but they did a horrible job did not clean, mop floor or clean the grout, windows did not even get cleaned or did not clean the cabinets and charged an outrageous price, twice of what she estimated initially.
