About us
I have 35 years of experience. I enjoy helping people and love what I do for a living. I am quality oriented, can think outside the box and stick to the task till it is successfully completed. The only person who answers the phone, quotes the prices and does the work is me. I don't use subcontractors or sales people. I have set prices for most all items you want installed or repaired and will quote prices over the phone. I don't charge trip fees. If you know what you would like done, through a short telephone conversation and a series of specific questions, I can evaluate the situation, recommend a course of action, quote a price and schedule a date and time. I am always within 20 minutes of the arrival time quoted. If it looks like I am running late I will give you a call. Some times things take a little longer than normal. Its the nature of repair work. If you need help getting items to your house from the Home Center I can assist, usually at no extra cost. I'm sorry, but I do not work on Sunday. You can twist my arm to help you on Saturday or in the evening for those who work late, but never on Sunday.
