My husband and went to them because they seemed really relaxed. Once we sent in our payments we did not hear from them until about 2 weeks before our wedding. We had a out-of-town wedding and we became nervous that they may not show up. They did show up and took beautiful photos of our wedding. Upon returning we didn't get our disc or prints until January of 07'. I contacted them in Sept. of '07 about our album. They designed and had it posted, but did not send us the finished product. I last spoke with them in January of 08, still requesting the book. After this they did not return my phone calls, their voice mail box was full, and they did not return any e-mails. I still have not received my wedding photos. :(
