Shawn did most of the work in my unit - he's was friendly yet professional and took care of everything. The tiling job came out really well and now I'm really considering having them put in similar tile in my other rental units - it looks nice and will hold up well to renter traffic. They took out and disposed of the old carpet (which was really in bad shape) and took care of the ordering, delivery and installation of the new tile - all at prices better than I was able to get from the local "big box" home improvement stores.
There were a number of holes in the walls in various points around the unit - they patched them all and repainted and I was very pleased to see that I couldn't tell at all where the holes had been.
Then they had their cleaning crew come through and clean the place from top to bottom - it really looks great and the next tenants will have a good looking, clean apartment and I didn't have a lot of hassle in getting it ready. They guarantee their work and are very responsive if I call and ask questions about something.
I would highly recommend them for any sort of handyman, painting, patching, cleaning, mowing type work. They are responsive, come when they say they are going to (really important to me when you have tenants waiting), and their prices are really good.
