My dentist told me about T/C for boarding/daycare. Best decision we made taking Gunner to T/C for "Daycare". Everyone is professional and very nice. We toured several kennels and found we liked T/C the best. The kennels are basic...nothing fancy, but let me tell you...Sandy is the best. Sandy takes care of the pets in daycare and boarding. Sandy is a true animal lover. Gunner gets excited when he knows he is going to see Sandy...his new best friend. :) Without a doubt, I would highly recommend T/C to anyone looking for boarding or daycare. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Ray, Dr. Jacobs, and Dr. Ledger have proven themselves time and again with their bedside manner, professional demeanor. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. Even after moving from Killeen to Waco I choose to drive back to have these professionals take care of my pets. Additionally, the office staff could not be more helpful.

I like that they're close to my home. The office staff is very accommodating and helpful. Their boarding kennel staff treat my dogs with friendliness and take good care of them. The friendliness and the efficiency of the staff is really top notch.

They are very attentive with both of my dogs. One of my dogs get so nervous he will try to bite them, the other gets so nervous he will scream, wiggle and act like they are hurting him when they are just trying to cut their nails. But when they are done they love on them and show them the love and attention and let them know they are not the bad guys. The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly and compassionate towards both animal and owner.

Very professional staff

They had kept our two dogs alive for several years until they were very old! We love this vet service as they are very reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate toward animals! If you have any type of emergency, they are quick to react and help! They take such good care of the animals! I would highly recommend their services.

So I left work early to get to my 5:15PM appointment because they said it was all they had. We got there at 5:05 and preceded to sit there until 5:45. In the mean time a half dozen people came in after us and got called straight back to see the vet. When after the second one I ask the receptionist why they were going before us she said that they had appointments and told her so did I and it had been 15 minutes ago and she just looked at me. I asked the vet technician who came out calling someone else back what the issue was and she said they were running behind, I ask her why people that were coming in after me were getting called back first and she just went back through the door to the back. So apparently if you are a long time customer and they know your name you get better service and they don't need new customers. I told them when I was leaving that no I didn't want to schedule my next appointment and I wouldn't be back that their obvious bias towards their old time customers they recognized was unprofessional and I would tell all my friends not to use them.

Very clean facility. Nice reception area. Dr. took the time we needed- didn't feel rushed. A good experience all around.

We trust them and know them because we've used them for a long time with many of our animals. They're professional and friendly. It's our vet.

My Dachsund had a back problem caused by MY RAT TERRIER unintentionally jumping on him while they were playing. Since we had just moved to Harker Heights, I looked for a veterinarian on Angie's List. I selected Town and Country because of its reviews. I called and they had me come in immediatly. Dr. Jacobs, the owner, was very kind and professional. After examining Rascal he determined that he had an inflammed spinal bulge. He gave him a shot, gave me tramadol and rimadyl for him, By that evening Rascal was improved and within three days he was well. Would definatly use Dr. Jacobs for all my veterinarian needs and am happy to have found him

I love this animal hospital! The doctors are top-notch and the staff is excellent (both front desk and the technicians. Dr. Ledger is a competent diagnostician who definitely takes his time to make accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. He comes into the room and stays until all my questions are answered and my concerns addressed. I have been to multiple vet offices in Killeen/Harker Heights and this is where I picked to stay. I trust them absolutely. Their prices are fair (vet care is not cheap) and comparable with other offices. The building is clean and odor-free. The technicians are well-trained and caring, and the ladies up front do a great job of manning a very busy front desk and phones.
