Texas Town Line

I have a soldier that was hospitalized in May while on a training event in Yakima WA, I contacted the real estate agency promptly to let them know the situation. I was in constant contact with them keeping them abreast of what was going on with the soldier. He made it back to Ft Hood in mid July to find his house had been forclosed, evicted and rented to someone else. Everything this 15 year veteran NCO with over 5 years in combat owned had been thrown away or sold. The entire time the soldier was gone they were very polite over the phone that they would work with him, because the soldier had the money but not his check book and would have been easily rectified when he returned. Everything this soldier has now is what he took to the training event and his truck. They were in the right legally, but morally these people are going to h***. P.S.: the guy Tommy Atha kept making attempts to convince us he was upstanding because he claims he was a Marine and then a cop. He brought his legal in to accost his PL and PSG because they need a power of attorney to let us know anything more than the soldier was a tenant. Luckily (sarcasm) their secretary has loose lips and informed us that his worldly possessions had already been auctioned off or thrown away. To add insult to injury they want more money becuase a Barret 50 cal sniper rifle which retails for $10,000 and several other fire arms that were auctioned off couldn't pay for a medium size house's rent for one month.
