I am beyond satisfied with the quality of service provided by both technicians who came out when I experienced severe issues with my air conditioning. Josh and Jarrod explained to me in detail what was causing my problems and took the time to show me the issues instead of just tell me. I decided to replace the system. I couldn't be more satisfied. The technicians also followed up with me to ensure all was to my expectation. I will gladly give Sadler's AC Service my referral and 5 star recommendation. It's nice to know Killeen has such top rated companies who still take pride in customer service. Thanks again to both technicians, Josh and Jarrod, who were honest and took time to explain to me.
