Quality Glass & Mirror

Overall it was an okay experience, although I'm not sure I would use them again. They were very nice and quick to get a sales person out here for an estimate. I paid a deposit up front and was told the windows would take 1-2 weeks. After two weeks I called them to ask about the screens and was told that my screens had just came in and they were just about to call me . . . They did come and install them the next day, but the sales guy had miscounted the windows and I was short one screen. So I had to pay for the extra screen and wait another 1-2 weeks and the same thing again--I finally called them after two weeks and they were just about to call me because the screen had just come in . . . . The screens do look nice and they screwed them in rather than the clips. I just got them so I don't know how they will hold up. They weren't the cheapest bid I got but were in a fair price range. The sales guy told me that they were members of the Better Business Bureau, but I didn't see them on the BBB web site.
