Plumbing
I felt like I was overcharged. They charged me $1,750 for the sump pump. They were friendly enough and they got the job done. I did not investigate about their prices initially. So, I thought the price was fair. However, when I got to know that the sump pump costs only $300 and that the remaining $1,500 was towards labor costs, I knew I was way overcharged in my view. They had to dig a deep hole. The job was done in four hours. I felt like I was being ripped off. The sump pump is working now. I guess I did not pay enough attention to what they said they would do. I should have negotiated with them on the price. I am sure the labor costs for four hours of work would have come up to about $1,000. They were quick, though. I would use them again in the future after talking to them first about the prices.
