Excellent service, communication, dedication and commitment to getting the job done with a level of competence.
I purchase all supplies for the services performed. Acting as a general foreman Rigoberto, negotiated cost of materials and supplies needed for purchase. I am more than happy with the work provided and would highly recommend Mr. Rigoberto to anyone looking for a good General Contractor.
I would absolutely use Mr. Rigoberto again for other jobs. I spoken to Mr Rigoberto about possibly coming out to Virginia to be my General contractor for another home I am looking to upgrade. Workmanship is fantastic.
He is trustworthy and forthright with information - vendors, quotes, time and expense. I reconciliation of materials was easy and painless, receipts of purchase service and value were never in question.
If you are looking for a dedicated contractor to run your project with a scope of work identified above - Mr. Rigoberto is absolutely up for the challenge always making sure I was satisfied with the work before payment.
