I loved the house! However, their maintenance was terrible. The lady who handled the maintenance requests was very unpleasant to deal with. It was in the dead of summer where the temperature was in the 100’s and our air conditioning broke. They would come out, repair it, and then it would break again. The unit ended up being out continually for six months. Since I did not have kids, I was not on their priority list for the repairs to be done quickly. Also, when we moved out they charged us for several things. We performed a deep cleaning and had just replaced the blinds. However, they claimed there were still areas that needed cleaned and the blinds were broken. They also never refunded us for any of our deposits. Overall, our experience with them was absolutely horrible.

They did manage to rent our home, just three months after we left.  If anyone has ever moved half way across the country, they understand  how frustrating that was.  Every time I would call my agent, it would go to voice mail.  She did not get back to me promptly, normally  a couple days would go bye and then she would only reply by email.  So it was very aggravating dealing with them, since we lived out of state, and i could not physically go to thier office.  I will never use thier services again. which is pretty bad, as they seemed to be the better property managment in our area at the time.
