 + -1 moreWe have had no issues with the roofing work that was done by Robert Carrillo to date. We were generally happy with Kirk's work, once complete, although he was constantly behind schedule during the project. We lived out of state and actually ended up taking a week's vacation to go and assist in the renovation to get it completed in a reasonable amount of time. The tile that Kirk installed started coming up more than a year ago. Our property manager and maintenance technician concluded that the substance Kirk used to lay the tiles was not mixed correctly and/or not allowed to cure properly. This occurred in several rooms and the tiles started coming up from the floor. I tried to contact Kirk but received no reply. I even sent a letter return receipt, which he signed for and received, but he still never contacted us. Kirk obviously does not stand behind his work and I would recommend against using him for any work on your home or rental properties.
Description of Work: Kirk was hired to repair my duplex in Copperas Cove that was damaged by a storm. This included demolition of the exterior roofing and interior flooring, walls, doors, cabinets, drywall, countertops, baseboards, and moldings. He subcontracted the roofing demolition and repair through Robert Carrillo. Kirk did the interior work himself with helpers. This included installing tile to replace the carpeting and replacing drywall, cabinets, countertops, doors, baseboards, moldings, etc. He also painted the entire interior.
