bought the first duplex in an an area that the builder was developing. I waited a year under contract. during closing, which took a month longer that the builder said, the builder and  their realtor, which was the same realtor i used to rep me for buying, I think there was a conflict of interest--the builder and realtor kept accusing me of paying less than the cost of the duplex. I felt terribly mistreated  and the other homes had features that i was not even aware.. I felt totally disregarded as a customers by this builder.
