When we called to make the initial appointment we were told by the man on the phone that he didn't know when he could get to us and that he would call us back in an hour, once he talked to the boss. Unfortunately he never called back and we had to call him the next day to see if they could do the job. Once we called back they were very responsive and Jay arrived on time. We were told over the phone that the only locks they had on hand were brass. We wanted Stainless/silver so we purchased the locks we wanted installed previous to the appointment. Jay installed and rekeyed all the locks in a timely manner and was a very nice man.

He was amazing. I called him at 6 o'clock in the morning and he answered and came. He was very nice because my phone kept dropping the calls for some reason and he called me back four times and I had to take my daughter to school and he waited on me for me to get back from taking her to school.

The manager at the gym called this business. It took at least 30 minutes for this man to figure out how to open my car. Some of his equipment did not work. He didn't fill out the invoice completely. After the car was open, he failed to ask for ID to make sure to make sure that I was the car owner.

They were good. They came out when they said they were going to come out and took care of business. Their price is reasonable. They came in and were polite. They told me what they were going to do and did it. Everything went smooth.

Lost the keys to our Honda minivan. Called Killeen LockSmith SVC. LockSmith was here in 15 minutes. He was very careful and had to work very hard to unlock the van. He calmly stayed with his job until the van was unlocked. Recommend this company to everyone.
