I called the evening of the 22nd after hours and left a message and was called back less than an hour later. I could hear the technician's family in the background so I know he had already left for the day but still took the time to call me back. We made arrangements to come by the house the next day and he was able to fix my heater right away. I was expecting a huge charge as the heater is an older model and has always given us problems but the fix was quick and easy and the charge very reasonable. These guys are great. We heard of them from a friend of ours who has several rent houses in Killeen. He ONLY uses Killeen Heating and Air. Thanks Milton for the great referral! You were right! They are awesome!

They are great. I have used them twice now for two different house. Every time they have done excellent work. You can count on them. If there is an issue they come out and immediately fix it. They don’t hassle you about it.
