They were on time and true to their word. They called before they came so we could make sure we were here. They cleaned up everything after and even left some extra carpet for us.

Everything appeared fine for the first 8 years, then we began having crunchy sounds when walking on the kitchen tiles.  When we had a kitchen makeover soon after this discovery, our contractor said that the tiles were coming up.  Deciding to replace the kitchen floor while doing the rest of the makeover, he was able to just "pop" most of the kitchen tiles up with no effort, because there was almost no thinset on the back of the tiles.  A new floor was laid.  I didn't think to go to House of Floors at the time because we were in the middle of this huge project.  I went to their store soon after and asked one of their sales personnel how long a ceramic tile floor would last.  He responded, "If it is done right, it should last 20 years.  I then explained my problem, but no one seemed to care.  A year later, a place in the dining room started doing the same thing and since then a place in the laundry room.  I returned to House of Floors in August, 2014 to explain the problem and was told that the manager was not available, but would call me.  After waiting one week, I called them to speak to the manager.  He made all kind of excuses for why my floor was coming up and also said that I only had a one year warranty.  But, the floor was not put down right in the first place and now needs to be replaced.  Lousy workmanship!!!  I will never go back to House of Floors nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough about Jeff/Chip that did our flooring. The were always on time, took less than a 20 minute lunch break; and back to work. They have they best work ethic I have seen in a along time. They were poliet, helpful - even helped me get my computer and tv back up and working. They went that extra mile. I just can't say enough good things about them and House of Floors.

Completely outstanding experience with this company. Everything went well from picking out the flooring, to the installation portion.
