We had Hallmark out many times through the years due to the bad installation of the unit and they always managed to patch it to work again.  When that quit happening we called Carrier due to the unit going out and Hallmark refusing to
repair it anymore - they contacted Hallmark and Hallmark said they would
make it right.  Then they never showed or contacted us and when we
called they said they don't feel that we would ever be happy no matter
what they did. We were puzzled by that comment because all we ever
wanted was the unit to work.  First off t hey put in a Zoned Unit which
was not conducive to our home - we purchased the home shortly after it
was already built so had no say in the unit chosen.  But they just
refused to make it right.

We contacted Hallmark and 2 other companies to obtain quotes. Hallmark came out the same day checked the system and serviced it so that it would last until we could replace it. They offered a complete Lennox Heat Pump system at a price that was 15% less than the other company for the same equipment. The price was much better then the other company that had recently performed $600 of repairs on the system and reported that they would credit the repairs to a new system quote. Hallmark arrived on time to install the system. The two technicians were very polite and made sure to clean up the work space inside of the house and outside. They took the time to explain the new system and its new thermostat. The other great thing about Hallmark is they complete the online registration of the new equipment with Lennox to help ensure that the additional 5 years of parts warranty is obtained. This provides for 10 year parts warranty coverage on the parts and compressor. Every one can apply for the warranty on a new system but it is nice to see a company going the extra step to help the customer. There is a reason Hallmark has been in business for so many years here in Killeen and this is one more example of great install job by them.
