Four Seasons Heating Air and Appliance

Our home warranty company referred Four Seasons to us. The first encounter we had with Will and Eric was when our electric stove quit working. They both came out looked at it and said they would be back in a few days with the part. They did not make an appointment to come back just said they would contact us when they received it. A week went by and no word so I called them and left a message. Another few days went by and no call back. I called very angry because I had not been able to cook this entire time. They said they had the part and would be out the next day. They came and fixed it and then proceeded to tell us they do not do appliances any longer. I feel they shouldn't have came out to do the work if they don't do the work on a daily basis. Second encounter was when the summer was coming we decided to have our A/c unit serviced. Again our home warranty company referred us to Four Seasons. We figured since this was their business it would be ok. Eric came out and that appointment was fine. But after he left we had nothing but issues with our system so we called them back to have him look at it again. That is when Eric gave us his number and said to contact him directly if we have any issues because he said his boss was tired of us having issues. That wasn't professional of him to talk badly about his boss. We decided to get estimates on a new system. We called a few places including Four Seasons. They came out right away and gave us a 3300 estimate. Since they were 500 dollars cheaper than any one else and that's all we could afford we went with them despite our small issues we had with them we figured everyone could get passed it and be professional. Made an appointment for September 18th. The day came and they were not able to do the install because the system was not in yet. We rescheduled for Thursday or Friday. A week and a half later I finally got a hold of them but through text not an actual phone call. They explained to my husband that they thought we had cancelled the appointment. Not sure how they thought that. They scheduled the appointment for October 1st. The day came and that was when they decided to text me again not call and tell me they decided not to install our system and to find someone else. They are very unprofessional poor communication and customer skills, which in their profession is super important.
