FLOORS R US

Chris I believe is one of the owners she is very nice and informative. We are military and are preparing our house so we can rent it out. They were able to come out rather quickly and start working. The contractors they sent over finished the job within a week. Overall the tile looks great but there were a few cracked tiles they had to fix right off the bat.and even one of the tiles they replaced looks like they used the wrong grout color. It took a while to get some of them replaced cause the contractor seemed to avoid my calls or not return them. Also there was a miscommunication somewhere between the workers and the owners because they did the wrong tile color in the bathroom. We did end up keeping the wrong color in there cause it looked ok and seemed to flow with the house. When they put the bathrooms back together they put cocking around one of the toilets and I had to ask them to put it around the other two so that they would match. Also the cocking around the basesboards is great in some areas and then we ended up just going over some of it ourselves because the contractors always seemed in a rush to get in and get out so they would do it sloppy. Our main issue has been with our stairs. From the start when they put the LVT on stairs one of the contractors said that the product didnt work well with our stairs and that is why they were having trouble getting it to stick. The bottom step has a nose piece/edging that the contractors put up very poorly and loose. They have come back two times to fix it. The first time they had the wrong color and still wanted to put it on and the second time they came with the owner to look at it (when I thought they were gonna fix it then) and didnt do anything but glue some of the LVT back down. Multiple times they gave us times and days and have shown up late or not show up at all .We have also called and visit the store several times to get this resovled and it seems we get an excuse or they would get the contractor out there. Very irratitating when you clear your schedule to make sure you are home. Needless to say they started our redo back in the first week of August and it is almost mid October and we are still waiting on them to come and fix the stairs and we made the stupid mistake of paying them in full. I am not sure if it is the company or the contractor but we have communicted with both and just seemed to get put on the back burner. We also dont understand why they wont send out another contractor to fix/finsh the stairs and fix the grout to that tile.
