This company worked with me to keep my pet's schedule. I received 3-4 updates every day. Courtney even did my dishes! I was concerned about having to leave them but after meeting Daniela, the owner, my concerns were resolved.

When we get home, the cats are happy to see us (yes, I know...unusual for cats when the owner has traveled!), the house spells fresh, the food and litter areas are clean, and I feel at total peace knowing that the house and the critters are well cared for. I highly recommend them.
We've had other petsitters in the past, and found out that unauthorized (or unnamed) guests were helping them, or the litter areas were left a mess, or the cats simply didn't like the people and would act fearful when we got home. This crew is professional, insured and bonded.

They provide like pet care when we are away from the house. They come in and take care of our cats. Their normal fee $20 a visit and that's really good. They always send us a picture from the visit so that is one way we know they don't harm our cats. They document how things are going and they send us a text with a picture attached from the visit. They are very thorough and their initial contact with us was to know what we wanted done and where things were kept. They've always done a really good job and we can trust them. They come usually every other day but they will come if it's a situation where a dog needs to be let out or whatever. They will do that several times a day or they'll board them. They clean out the kitty litter; they refill the water bowl and make sure there is enough food. In terms of pet care they are very responsive to us. We appreciate the fact that they let us know how the visit went and how much time they spent with the cat. I really trust them. Actually we just moved so we can't use them anymore. We have moved and this last visit they had to come extra so I'm not going to use them again because we did have to pay so much more. When we were living in the area the price was excellent. We understand they have to charge more because they are coming further and now its $35 a visit.

Daniela and her team were wonderful. To begin with, Daniela came to my house within a couple of days of my original inquiry about her company's services. She spent more than an hour at my house getting to know the animals (4 dogs and 3 cats) and learning their habits and routines. She wrote copious notes about the animals' quirks and personalities, as well as the location of the various food items, litter box, and cleanup materials. At the last minute I added a newly adopted kitten, which was no problem. During the trip, I received emails twice daily with photos of all my dogs, the new (indoor) kitten, and any other cats who appeared for the visit. The initial email relieved any and all anxiety I felt aboput leaving my pets in the hands of someone else. I highly recommend this pet service for anyone planning a trip that doesn't include taking their pet(s) along.

Daniela and her team were great! They sent to my phone, daily text and pictures of my cats, there food and water bowls and litter box so that I would be assured that my cats were safe and doing well in my absense. My house looked just as it did when we left, minus any garbage or kitty litter box smells as you would expect had I left my cats alone. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone who cares about their animals and wants to be sure they are safe and well taken care of when out of town.

I was so worried about leaving my 4 kitties at home alone. My original plan was to have them attended by "East My Mind" for 4 days however my husband's trip was cut short and he came home early so I only had to use them one day. I could not have been more pleased. Daniela came out to my house a couple of days before my trip and spend a good hour or more getting to know my pets and photographing them so she would know them apart from each other. Also going through their normal daily routine with me. She was very professional and I like that. I also liked that she was bonded and insured. You must understand that these "kitties" are my children. I would not have done this if I did not feel 100% assured that they would be well cared for. I received text messages from the care giver with photos of my girls eating dinner and playing. It really did ease my heart and mind to know that they were not feeling sad or abandoned by me and actually looked like they weren't missing me much at all. Which made me feel good. My trip was so much more relaxed knowing that they were well cared for. My husband and I have not taken a trip together in so long just for fear of having to board or leave our babies to someone else. Now we are planning a vacation in the next 6 months and will most definitely have Daniela and her team watch our home and care for our babies. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They have all kinds of house care/sitting and pet sitting services. So please give them a call.

Starting with my first experience with Daniela in 2007, this company has always been fantastic! They are 100% trustworthy, reliable and great to work with. My dogs are well taken care of, and I am able to travel without worrying about my dogs, or my house. It is great to know that someone is watching out for us while we are gone. I have had to call them on short notice, and they have always been able to respond and provide service. They have recently started sending photo text messages of my dogs to me during their visits, which is a nice touch. They always have me contact them when I return home to ensure that my dogs are ok. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

They were Great! I got a text message every time they went in my house to tell me how my animals were doing. I had a written check sheet with comments on a daily basis left on my counter top to review for specifics on what was done and how the animals behaved.

We started using Easy Care about a year ago. Since that time we have probably used their service about 10-12 times. Daniela and her staff are professional and genuinely care for your animals like they were their own. We have a dog that is diabetic,deaf and blind and requires insulin twice daily. Booking this service is easy and we usually receive a confirmation within 12 hours. During the time they are caring for the animals they constantly keep you updated with text messages and photos. If they have any questions they will call you immediately instead of making a decision that could jeopardize your pet's well being. I have in the past and will in the future recommend easy care pet sitters to anyone who is in need of this service. Outstanding !!!
