Divine Flowers and Gifts failed to deliver Valentines Flowers for my wife at the time designated. When the order was placed I shared with the owner that they had miss delivered a few orders in the past and I was accommodating to accept the shortfall. After explaining the past shortfall I was assured a morning drop off that gave a range of a few hours in the morning period 9-11am. When delivery was not completed by noon, I made a call to query the where about of the flower purchase, it was at this time an extremely rude front office employee stated the "for a fact we do not promise delivery times". I shared with her that is not a true statement and articulated what transpired when i ordered the Valentine Flowers for my wife a week in advance. The front desk employee closed out the conversation with "do you want a refund" in a short aggressive retort. I explained that I have been ordering flowers from Divine and Gifts for years even while deployed in Afghanistan and I never received such extremely aggressive treatment as a customer. So i personally drove to the store in effort to provide a face to the friction taking place hoping they would acknowledge the fact I'm a long time loyal customer. That did not work, so after a heated exchange I asked for a refund. The owner did not acknowledge I was a long time customer, she never researched the data base afforded her to ascertain my loyal patronage. So after receiving atrocious customer service and extraordinarily rude aggressive conversation - I WILL NEVER RETURN AND ORDER FLOWERS FOR THE LOVE ONES IN MY LIFE FROM - DIVINE FLOWERS AND GIFTS - NEVER In addition I will again recommend them to any of my friends and associates of mine.
