CRAIG'S AUTO REPAIR

This is the best auto repair experience that I have had in my 20 years in Killeen. Craig is both personable and honest, and he has high standards. He told me what had to be done, patiently answered all of my questions, and stayed within the estimate given for the initially requested work. He is very thorough. My car runs beautifully again.

Craig explained in detail how he diagnosed the issue, determining that it was the axel rather than the axel housing or the rotor. He gave me a rough estimate for parts and labor and time frame up front. The work was done on schedule to my satisfaction. He also repaired some cross threaded bolts in the oil pan free of charge and suggested that I take the opportunity to replace the oil in the rear differential, which Ihe did. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

I have been using Craig's Auto Repair for probably 7 years. Their pricing is good and they are honest, they don't make you do any unnecessary repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I intialy took the car in because it kept draining the battery overnight. Craigs checked The car out and called me the next day and Explained that the ignition switch needed to be replaced and that the battery cable going to the starter had corroded and needed repair. The next day the repairs were complete. About six mounths latter I started having problems with the ignition switch again. I called and told Craigs about the problem, He told me to bring it in. It was around 4:30 PM . The next day they called and said my car was ready to be picked up. When I went to pickup the car I asked how much I owed. He told me that the switch was under warranity and there was no charge .
