We found Computer Rebooter on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. They ran complete diagnostics on all of our hardware and were able to diagnose the issue. They called with the diagnosis and an estimate for the repair prior to completing the fix. The price for the diagnosis and repair was very reasonable and the actual cost was exactly what had been estimated.
I gave them a B on punctuality because it took them a day longer than what they had committed. It really wasn't a big deal for us but might be for others.
Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. They also asked for a picture ID when using a credit card which I really appreciate given the rise of identity theft etc.
