We recently bought my son his first car last weekend at Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen. And were helped by Edwin Williams. He was very patient and understood our exact needs. He showed us different vehicles and we decided on purchasing a white Honda Civic. He went above and beyond all our expectations and really listened to our needs. He also did everything he could within his power to get us a great deal! I would highly recommend Edwin Williams to family and friends that are looking to purchase pre-owned or new vehicles at Cleo Bay Honda.

I have bought several cars from Cleo Bay. And I’ve got them all from Elaine .. I like working with her so much so that I have driven home a few times from Fort Campbell and Knox long enough to trade cars and get back out and I wasn’t always on time but she was there waiting on me! She has always given me a good deal and she knows exactly what I’m looking for every time I go..I won’t work with anyone else. I don’t need to... i haven’t been back in a while but that’s only because Honda quit making the accord coup and I love this car. I can get from Knox back to Hood for less than $50 because it’s a 18.5 gallon tank!! In a car!! And it’s almost 1000 miles! Go see Elaine! (Internet sales) Tell her Mandy sent you!!

It took three or four trips and a call to the national Honda dealer to get our car fixed. They also refused to honor a deal when tried to purchase a vehicle from them.

I set up the appointment for the next day via telephone - you can do this on the web as well - and showed up on time for the the service. I knew that the issue was due to a faulty brake light switch on the upper part of my brake pedal arm, as I had had this problem before on a different Honda. However, the service manager said that because it was an electrical problem, they might have to charge an electrical trouble-shooting service fee (~$90). I OK'd that and they took the car in for service. Cleo Bay has a shuttle available for folks that live less than 14 miles from the shop. I live outside that limit, so was hoping the repair would be quick. I was told that I might as well wait there, as it shouldn't take long. I waited. Cleo Bay's waiting area is nice and comfortable enough with snacks available from the machines, free coffee and all the cold water you can drink. Wireless is available. Television and reading material were available as well. The repair took less than 2 hours, they did charge me the trouble-shooting fee, which I wasn't too happy about because the issue was, as I said, the brake light switch. I had OK'd it though, so no loss of anything but M-O-N-E-Y. All in all, a good experience at a 'qualified' reasonable price. I would go back for sure. In fact, I'll be going back soon. I think that they were good. I liked the fact that I could get a quote over the internet as it saved me a lot of time. There were also no last minute surprises like other dealers that I have gone to.
