Chances Construction

It did not work out at all. The leak in the roof was never fixed. Chance said that it was warranty work that he did not cover. I told him that it was not warranty work because the roof still leaked. I told him our agreement was to fix the leak. There were areas of the outside wood that were not repaired. When I mentioned it. Chance said he would send his guys back to fix it. Chance did come back but did not fix all of it. He said that the rest would need to be fixed when the house was painted. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up the mess he left. He is very unreliable. He says he will come over and never shows up. He takes a long time to complete the work and I have to keep calling him. I paid a lot of money for the work and it was never completed. Please use you money wisely and hire someone else. You will not get what you paid for with Chance construction.
