The service was excellent. He gave us a discount on the labor as we brought the TV to him. He gave the option to pick it up or get a discount for bringing it. The shipping held the repair up but he did the repair within two days of receiving the screen. Willie the owner was very nice and personable to work with. They were moving when I initially called and he handled the situation very well. He was very professional.
