Description of Work: Needed a DLP chip replaced in my Samsung 67" television. Called and they gave me an estimate. Gave them a deposit on part and they came and installed the same day part came it. Did a great job. Will definitely call if I ever need television repair in the future.

Description of Work: Had a LG 42" flat screen repaired. The power supply (or power button) on my TV failed to turn screen on. Had been having problems for years with on/off button turning tv on usually with a long delay before screen would come on, When it finally stopped working I contemplated whether to buy a new one or try and have it fixed. Knowing these TV's can be expense to fix I however elected to try Cartridge Corner to see what they could do. I'm so glad I choose them. They were great from start to finish. They were professional and courteous but more importantly upfront & honest with the options I had available along with the diagnose charge to find the problem. The fact they explained in detail what the possible problem I was having & possible cost made me feel totally confident to try to save the cost of a new tv. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it was the power supply & not something else that may have been more expensive to fix. Beside this issue my tv had been an excellent tv that I wanted to keep. Thanks to Cartridge Corner I was able to do exactly that. Not only did they fix the problem, the turn arnd on the repair was only a couple of days. WOW!, totally "AWESOME!" (No need to worry about missing any sport games, Lol!) But seriously, I really enjoyed this whole experience from start to finish. It has been apx. 4 months since the repair & the tv still works fine! At this point I would definitely use their services again. The fact they were upfront & honest about the possible cost & whether it may have been worth fixing was a comfort I truly appreciated when so many electronics needing repair can be expensive to fix & would be better option to replace. "Great Job!" Cartridge Corner. Last, the cost of the repair was reasonable @ apx $175 compared to the replacement cost for a 42" tv. Thanks Guys! :0)

 + -1 moreThe service was excellent. He gave us a discount on the labor as we brought the TV to him. He gave the option to pick it up or get a discount for bringing it. The shipping held the repair up but he did the repair within two days of receiving the screen. Willie the owner was very nice and personable to work with. They were moving when I initially called and he handled the situation very well. He was very professional.
