Showed up when they said they would. Went right to work, no BS ing around. Continued until the work was done. Clean up was excellent right down to sweeping and blowing off the street at the front of the house. They even went around the house and picked up small branches and twigs as part of the cleanup. Definitely hire again and would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Overall their work was an A.

They did good except they drove over a area south of my house after I asked them not to making deep ruts. There is a landfill over there. My lawn guy was then very upset because when he mows his tires go down in there. 

He didn't offer to come out and fill it, which upset me. He also didn't come and check in on his workers either. I think when the work is done the boss should come by and be sure the customer didn't have issues. I guess he is confident in thinking they would do a good job. He may have been busy but he needs to be more involved in the after product. The only time I saw him was when he came out to quote the work.

They left quite a mess. I hate to say it but I probably wouldn't use them again. I just really wish he would have had better follow up.

It was a great transaction. I have no complaints. Typically my husband will not allow anyone to touch his tree since he himself does tree work. Since our house is rented and we are not there to take care of the tree, we had to reach out to a tree company. After the appointment was set, weather caused delays in the work getting done, but Cantu Tree Trimming was proactive and contacted us to reschedule. Once the job was completed, just a few days later, we were sent pictures of our tree. The tree looks great, the customer service was great, and best of all, my husband is happy with the work.

Tree limbs were cut down and removed from the property as instructed. The area was left very clean.

As usual, he was very knowledgeable and provided me with a recommended course of action. There was no charge. I have used Cantu Tree Trimming Service twice in the past  3 years and each time he and his team did an excellent job of thinning and shaping all of my trees.  Everything was cleaned up and quickly disposed of with a wood chipper onsite..."like it never happened" !  His prices cannot be beat anywhere. They removed half of two large trees that had grown together. One tree had started to split away from the other and was falling into our fence. This was causing the other part of the tree to start leaning toward our house.  Cantu Tree Service was able to remove the falling half of the tree while saving the other half.  They arrived at 8 am with a 5 man crew and we done by 2 pm. They have a tree shredding machine that they bring with them so everything is done on site and they raked and used a blower to remove all the sawdust.  They did an excellent job from start to finish, we would definitely recommend this company!

After cutting the limbs it looked worse they still forgot to cut an additional limb that was hanging over the roof .. We paid almost $1000.00 to cut the limbs and remove a small tree advised the owner I wanted that one limb cut off and he wants to charge an additional $175 will never use there services again.. They are not customer service oriented at all..

Person who came to give me an estimate was on time and friendly.   I described the work that needed done and he provided an estimate.   Was satisfied with the estimate and scheduled the work.   On the day the work was to be performed, the workers were on time.  All the workers were friendly and professional.   They did an excellent job of trimming the trees and cleaning up after the removal.

They removed all 8 bushes from my front lawn. They worked with me and purchased tools from the hardware store in order to complete the task  at no cost to me. It was a quick/ clean job and they were very polite; I would not hesitate to hire them again.

A little over three weeks ago, I paid $1,995 for two days of tree services.  Worth every penny!  Cantu Tree Trimming Services did an outstanding job, clearing nearly half an acre of trees!  The end result of the lot cleanup improved the beauty of the neighborhood.  Mostly old growth Cedars and some Mesquite, they also removed a large brush pile that had lay dormant for years.  From the three plus truckloads of wood chips to the stump grinding, this team is absolutely the best, leaving nothing behind to worry about possibly hitting while mowing!  Friendly, courteous, and well-priced, thank you again Cantu Tree Trimming Services for your hard work and dedication to excellent customer service!  My Wife and I are indeed grateful for what you accomplished in helping us to improve our little piece of Texas!

These Guys are Top Notch. They removed a 60 Foot High 30Foot wide tree from my yard. The tree was hanging over my home and my neighbors roofs as well as their driveway....... They got permission from the neighbor to access their yard BEFORE they started...Bottom Line they worked carefull and Great as  a Team...AND they did an OUTSTANDING Clean up afterwards. Price for the work was at or below ANY of the 4 other estimtes I got.... Also went ahead and had them trim my other 2 trees out front...I have had Numerous neighbors ask who did that great job....Yep We HIGHLY Recommend Cantu Tree Trimming,,,,,, Will be bringing them back every year for touch up...Thanks Guys...

Mr. Cantu came out and provided an estimate for work on 10 trees. We needed 5 removed and 5 heavily pruned. He quoted me for approximately 18 hours of work. (In the end, I think it was somewhere closer to 19 hours of work - either way, his original quote was near spot-on~!)

Their first day on the job, I requested to add stump grinding. Mr. Cantu quoted me a price much cheaper than I anticipated.

During the stump grinding, my back patio door was shattered as well as another window broken. Mr. Cantu & staff were prompt in letting me know and offered to either hire a service to repair it or discount my work - whichever I preferred; I preferred that they handle it. The soonest the repair could be done was on Friday (damage occurred on Wednesday). I also noticed Wednesday evening that some of our patio bricks were broken (assuming from their truck). Mr. Cantu replaced those himself.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work & communication with CTTS. Mr. Cantu worked out a payment plan for me that fit my timeline & budget and I can't be anymore thankful for that than I am. I will certainly use this company again & recommend to anyone I know that needs tree services preformed.

The only thing that I would have appreciated would have been if the glass was cleaned up - either by CTTS or the glass repairman. Instead, I had to clean it up myself and there were glass shards on my sunporch as well as in the grass out the back door.

Tree had three trunks, it had fallen three weeks ago.  A friend helped, but we needed more help.  Got great estimate.  Very satisfied and happy.

On time, equiped with the needed equipment and a trained crew. Took about 2.5 hours and left a nice clean area.

we cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about CANTU SERVICE.  they are knowledgeable about trees, offer suggestions, and we trust them with the completion of 3 projects so far: remove trees, clear underbrush, grind stumps, trim trees, and they were kind enough to leave the tree mulch per our request for another project.  WE ARE ALWAYS PLEASED WITH PRICE AND QUALITY OF WORK.  when they leave, its beautiful!  we don't have to clean up after them.....just enjoy.   we recommend them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!  thank you CANTU!!

Crew arrived on time and in a very professional manner they removed completely a very large tree. The clean up was exceptionally well done. When they left you would never have known there had been a tree in the yard.

The work went great. I am extremely happy with the results. Mr. Cantu and his employee showed up at the time he said he would. He placed safety cones around the work area. Mr. Cantu was extremely vigilant in ensuring the area was safe from falling debris. As the trees were trimmed, the branches were put through a machine which shred them into the back of a truck. The area was swept and raked of all the debris that had fallen from the trees. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work. He and his employee were respectful and professional. I will have him return in the future when the trees need trimming again.

They did a great job.  The best part of all was the clean up.  It was a picture perfect yard when they were finished.
