Broadway Pools

Quoted 2 months and it took over 5 months to fill the pool with water. Within two weeks the pool motor broke. Richard Leaf, the owner, ultimately stated that the broken motor wasn't his problem. His emails were extremely rude and condescending. There were a number of items to be fulfilled, per the contract, that Richard Leaf chose not to complete. He was rude and argumentative every step of the way. This was not only bad service, but his combative nature made this issue very stressful for my parents. Pool is nice, so far seems to be okay. However, two months after built was filled with water, 6 rust spots appeared. Reported it and still waiting for them to remove them.  Polaris pool sweep has NEVER worked since put in the pool. I call, I write, I call some more. I'm told they will fix it but NOTHING. It's been 9 months and nothing done. We have given up, not worth court for small amount of money. We will hire somebody to fix and repair. I'm very disappointed in their service. Very rude.
