Before & After Cleaners

When they first came in, they started doing the job and it was great. They then started slowing down so I guess it was almost done. There were only 3 or 4 more things left to be done. Afterwards, they were looking for the final payment so I paid them. After that, they didn’t came back to finish the job. I was not satisfied with the entire job they did and the price was bad.

I used the company twice.  The first time was outstanding.  The second time wasn't worth a hoot.  I was leasing the house while I had my house built.  I was moving out of the house I was leasing and needed to get it cleaned up so that I could turn it back over.  The job wasn't done satisfactorily.  It was mainly due to the holidays and I messed up.  I went ahead and paid the owner of Before & After before the end of the year.  I had a special date for a check-out date.  I called her and told her that there were a couple of things she had missed and I needed them to be taken care of before the check-out date and I gave the date.  That was a recording I got.  Nobody answered the phone.  A little bit later I got a text message from her saying that her phone was broken.  She also had a key to the house and she never did return the key and she never called me back.  I wouldn't use the company again.  In fact, I am looking for somebody else.
