ASHLEY FURNITURE

The staffs from Ashley Furniture were great. They worked with us on pricing. They have everything we needed. They’re going to come set it all up at our house for us. The product they have is just top quality. I love the products they have.

We purchased a leather couch and love seat at the Killeen ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE. The sell?s person claimed they were giving us a 15% discount. We ordered the furniture. It took a week to be shipped to the store. Before the furniture was delivered to the store I stopped in a furniture store in Coppers Cove; a town that borders Killeen. I wanted to stop at the store early but they were closed on Sunday (the day my wife and I were out shopping for furniture). I found the exact same items made by Ashley at the store. The Cove store was over $60.00 cheaper than the Killeen store. The price at the Cove store did not include any discounts. The problem is I found out both stores are owned and operated by the same people. When I went to the Killeen store and questioned the price difference I was given a bunch of excuses. No one could explain way there was several hundred dollars difference in prices for the items or why I could buy the items at the Cove store cheaper without any discount then I could in the Killeen store with a 15% discount. I spoke with the store manager for several minutes without a positive solution. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told they were not in at the time. I left my name and number and asked for him to call me. After two weeks have passed, I am still waiting for him to call. Ashley might have good future but I would not buy from the Killeen Store.
