Initially we did not experience any problems with them but later when we decided to switch builders they became unresponsive. After the switch, I phoned Arrow Electric to obtain a copy of their bid to complete the electric work on our home. The bid was missing the cost to connect the electric from the house to the pole and running it underground. Lisa, the Officer Manager, told me they couldn?t give us that price because the cost of the wiring fluctuated. During that phone conversation I verified that they had a copy of my floor plans and coordinated a time that I could pick up the floor plans. I inadvertently misplaced their address and phoned again to obtain it in order to pick up my floor plans and Lisa refused to provide it to me. A week or so later, I called again to request a bid to connect the electricity from the house to the pole, again I was told that prices fluctuated. We agreed they would return and finish the electric work the following week. Two weeks passed and still non contact from their office. During the next two weeks, I made several calls to their office and left messages on their voicemail but no one responded. It became obvious they were ignoring my calls. The third week, I called and left a message; still no response. Approximately, 10 minutes later my sister called and left a message, to our surprise Lisa returned her call immediately. My sister conference me into the call and nearly a monthly later, I was finally able to talk with someone from their office. I asked Lisa if we could come by and pick up our floor plans; instead she requested that someone from their office drop the floor plans off at our house. Knowing that her husband, Mike, was working on another home in the neighborhood, I agreed and further suggested they put the floor plans in the mailbox. As an alternative, I asked if she could mail them and Lisa stated that was a possibility. While we were on the phone, I asked Lisa if there was an issue and she said no, there wasn?t an issue but wasn?t sure why Mike (her Husband) hadn?t returned our call. To date we still haven?t received our floor plans which we provided to them for the purpose of wiring our home. Eventually, we contracted another electrician. We had previously paid Arrow Electric for the panel front and fan motors for our bathroom when they did the pre-wire and requested they provide those items to us; again no response. We live in a small community and by happenstance the electrician we hired saw Mike at the warehouse and inquired about the panel and fans. The electrician stated that Mike (Arrow Electric) sarcastically replied "if they aren't at the house, I guess you gotta buy another one". There are numerous builders in this community and I understand that builders oftentimes develop business relationships and sub-contract work with other businesses such as Arrow Electric and others. Although we had a separate contract with Arrow Electric, once we chose to have another builder complete our home Arrow Electric's level of support diminished. Their lack of support and blatant hostility towards us was unwarranted; regardless of the builder, we l expected Arrow Electric to honor their business commitment and maintain a level or professionalism in spite of the fact that we switched builders. Their claim of being a friendly and professional organizational that is available to their customers is conditional as long as their customers align themselves with one of their business partners. I would not recommend this company as they are bias and unprofessional.
